I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. Fresh towels arrived daily. The hotel has a great location near Plaza Mayor. The staff were helpful with directions and recommendations. The bed was very comfortable, assuring restful nights.

The location was central! It made it easy to walk to the Plaza Mayor and nearby restaurants. The metro station was a short walk away. The staff looked after our luggage on arrival and departure.

Our room had windows, but they faced windows in the next building. Air conditioning units were visible, but the blinds offered good privacy. There was no kettle or tea in the room. Water in the mini fridge cost extra.
